About Palmetto Harmony
Palmetto Harmony's website home page
Palmetto Harmony has a well-designed website for an easy shopping experience.

When Palmetto Harmony founder Janel Ralph’s daughter, Harmony, was born in 2007, she was diagnosed with a genetic condition called “smooth brain.” This condition causes frequent seizures, and the medical community considered it to be untreatable.

Eventually, her search for a treatment that would improve Harmony’s quality of life led her to CBD.

CBD has greatly reduced Harmony’s symptoms, along with her intake of pharmaceutical drugs. And with this dramatic success as motivation, Janel Ralph founded South Carolina’s Palmetto Harmony in 2015.

Their customers sing their praises for offering a broad range of CBD products — from vape oils to transdermal patches  based on regionally sourced, organic Kentucky hemp.

And their mild flavor and high quality landed Palmetto Harmony’s organic hemp oil drops a spot in our ranking of the 15 Best CBD Oil Drops for 2018.

User Experience
Palmetto Harmony’s website is organized intuitively, making it a breeze to navigate. And the colorful and engaging product photography lets you know what you’re getting for each item.

The product information is complete and easy to understand. However, if you’re looking for specific CBD quantities, Palmetto Harmony is not as clear in their labeling as most other producers are.

Customer Service
When we first reached out to Palmetto Harmony’s customer service in Spring of 2018, it took about three days for them to respond. But we have to give them kudos, as they seem to have greatly improved their response time in the last few months.

All along, their responses have been friendly, knowledgeable, and high-quality.

Customer reviews are very positive, and tend to be written by parents who are using the products for their children. A scan through their Facebook page’s reviews reveals testimonials from parents of children with seizure disorders, autism, and Tourette’s syndrome.

Palmetto Harmony does have one of the strictest return policies that we’ve seen. Basically, all sales are final. They say that you can request a return within seven days, but it’s unclear under what circumstances they will accept a return.

Shipping is easier, though, with multiple options available through USPS and FedEx.

Palmetto Harmony does submit their products for third-party lab testing, and we’ve found that results are available upon request for some of their products.

Why are they only provided upon request? Well, a representative told us that restrictions from the company’s credit card processor prevent them from posting lab results on the website.

The company is very transparent about their leadership and who is on the team.

Our Verdict

Highly Recommended

We’re big fans of Palmetto Harmony’s thorough customer service and free consultations. That, plus a great selection of high quality, organic products, adds up to a strong recommendation for this company.
